DIFILIPPO CORPORATE FINANCE GROUP SELECTS COOL LIFE SYSTEMS

December 1, 2009 – Cool Life Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce that they have been chosen by DiFilippo Corporate Finance Group, Inc. to provide database management, CRM, and web hosting services.

DiFilippo Corporate Finance Group (“DCF Group”), based in Massachusetts, provides third party independent valuation and transaction opinions for financial and tax reporting, transactions, and litigation purposes.  Paul DiFilippo, the principal, has many years of expertise and knowledge in the business valuation industry and was previously a Partner at Caturano and Company, P.C., a top 40 national accounting firm.
